GE203 is a required one credit course for second-year students which focuses on intermediate research skills. The purpose of this class is to develop students’ abilities too critically think about and effectively use information in their college coursework and beyond. Students must successfully complete this course with a minimum of a C– .
We will strive to deepen our ability to access, evaluate and using information for various topics. The ability to use information in a wide array of aspects is important. The ability to find, evaluate and use information is critical in both your academic and professional careers, as well as in your personal life. Mastering these skills is an ongoing process and this class will strive to help you understand today’s information landscape and how to navigate it.
